new production line start-up for US DoD aerospace manufacturer from
contract award to First Article and First Lot approval and delivery.
- Project
manager and primary customer Point of Contact (POC) for US DoD
Qualified Producer List (QPL) approval for government controlled
manufacturing of advance military personnel equipment split between a
consortium of integrators and manufacturers with multiple places of
performance.
- Process
engineered new Quality Management System (QMS) for manufacturing
company leading to successful ISO9001:2015 certification along with
efficiency improvements and waste reduction.
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) in lawsuit involving manufacturing practices and product quality.
- Mediator and independent root cause investigator for production and design problems for automotive manufacturer’s supply chain.
